A video poem by William Alderson composed after King’s Lynn and Wisbech Stop the War joined the demonstration in London On 31 August 2013 against an attack on Syria
The power of the Stop the War movement in giving voice to the views of the vast majority of people in the UK had stopped Britain’s involvement in the proposed attack on Syria by the US and helped stop an attack by the US too. William Alderson has written a poem especially for the occasion of this demonstration.
