The timetable for the sessions at Sunday’s Revolution! event in London is out now

We have lined up some fantastic speakers to take part in Revolution!,  a one-day event this Sunday organised by Counterfire that will bring together hundreds of activists to discuss how we can challenge the horror of occupation and imperialism and organise the resistance that’s so urgently needed.

Israeli authorities have made it clear that they intend to continue the assault on Gaza once the proposed ‘truce’ comes to an end. That means we can’t afford to slow down our own efforts to bring about an immediate and full ceasefire and to seek justice for Palestinians in Gaza and beyond.

It also means that we urgently need to take time to analyse and discuss a wide range of issues that are linked to this crisis. This includes talking about the roots of Israel’s aggression, why the British and American states are so wedded to backing Israel, and why there is always money for war but not enough for the NHS, education and public services here in the UK.

We have some fantastic speakers who have been central to these movements including Lowkey, Lindsey German, Barnaby Raine, Brian Eno, Ghada Karmi, Rachel Holmes, Emma Dent Coad, Kate Connelly, Nigel Flanagan, Feyzi Ismail, John Rees, Chris Nineham and more!

Before you go

Counterfire is growing faster than ever before

We need to raise £20,000 as we are having to expand operations. We are moving to a bigger, better central office, upping our print run and distribution, buying a new printer, new computers and employing more staff.

Please give generously.
