At an organising meeting called by the Coalition of Resistance and the People’s Charter and hosted by UNITE last Thursday it was agreed to send an emergency delegation to Greece from the 18th – 20th March. This delegation will be headed by Jeremy Corbyn MP and will include representatives from the unions which have led the appeal.
The purpose of the delegation is to meet with all sections of the Greek labour and trade union movement, and report back on the situation and how we can best support the Greek people.
