Interesting Read

This book looks like a very interesting read - I hope to get my hands on a copy in Australia sometime soon! However, the extract has a couple of points where I'd have to disagree with the authors: firstly, the total success of the Libyan intervention in stymieing the revolutionary wave there & elsewhere (why then are there protests going on right now in Benghazi's Maidan Shajara?); secondly, the total victory of the movements in Egypt & Tunisia (which you've addressed in the conclusion where you talk about what little has actually changed). I think this book was perhaps written before November, as the simultaneous waves of renewed protest in Tunisia, Libya and Egypt across the last two months shows that imperialism's attempt to contain the revolutionary wave has been anything but successful.
